What is Avamys Nasal Spray? Avamys Nasal Spray contains Fluticasone Furoate 27.5mcg per spray, a next-generation corticosteroid specifically designed for the nose. It is used to treat the full range of symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis — the medical term for nasal allergies triggered by pollen, dust mites, pet dander, mould, and other airborne allergens.

Dosage Guide

How to Use Avamys Nasal Spray Correctly

Before First Use — Priming the Pump:

1. Shake the bottle gently
2. Point away from face and press the pump 6 times until a fine mist appears
3. The spray is now ready to use
4. If not used for 30 days or more, re-prime with 1 spray before use

Using the Spray:

1. Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils
2. Shake the bottle gently
3. Tilt your head slightly forward — do not tilt back
4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, pointing slightly away from the centre of the nose
5. Press the pump once (or twice if prescribed) while breathing in gently through the nose
6. Breathe out through the mouth
7. Repeat in the other nostril
8. Wipe the nozzle clean after use and replace the cap

Do not spray into the eyes. Avoid blowing your nose immediately after use.
