Composition:

Each tablet of B-Cor contains:

• Bisoprolol Fumarate: 5 mg

Indications:

B-Cor 5mg is indicated for the management of:

• Essential hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Heart failure (as part of a comprehensive treatment plan)
• Angina pectoris (chest pain due to heart-related issues)
• Arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats)

Dosing:

• Hypertension: The usual starting dose is 5 mg once daily. The dose may be adjusted based on the patient's response, with a maximum dose of 10 mg per day.
• Heart Failure: The initial dose is typically 1.25 mg once daily, which may be gradually increased based on tolerance and clinical response, up to a maximum of 10 mg per day.
• Angina Pectoris: The recommended dose is 5 mg once daily, which may be increased to 10 mg based on clinical response.
• Arrhythmias: The dosing regimen should be individualized based on the patient's condition and response to treatment.

Precautions:

• Cardiovascular Conditions: Use with caution in patients with a history of severe heart failure, bradycardia, or heart block.
