**Composition:**

• Each Cablet contains:
• Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride: 4 mg

**Dosage:**

• **Adults:**
• The usual starting dose is 4 mg (1 tablet) taken 2 to 3 times daily. The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient's response and tolerance.
• **Children:**
• For children aged 2 to 6 years: 2 mg (half a tablet) 2 to 3 times daily.
• For children aged 7 to 14 years: 4 mg (1 tablet) 2 to 3 times daily.
• **Note:** Dosage may be adjusted by a healthcare provider based on individual needs and response to treatment.

**Indications:**

• Cyproheptadine is indicated for:
• Allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and urticaria (hives).
• As an appetite stimulant in certain cases, particularly in children.
• Management of migraine headaches.
• Treatment of serotonin syndrome in specific cases.
• Other conditions as determined by a healthcare provider.

**Contraindications:**

• Hypersensitivity to cyproheptadine or any of its components.
• Patients with narrow-angle glaucoma.
• Patients with urinary retention or prostatic hypertrophy.
