Dopatab M250 (Methyldopa) Tablet

Composition:

Each tablet of Dopatab 250mg contains Methyldopa as the active ingredient.

Dosage:

The usual starting dose of Dopatab M250 (Methyldopa) for adults is 250mg two to three times a day. The dosage may be increased gradually as needed, up to a maximum of 3g per day in divided doses.

Indications:

Dopatab M250 (Methyldopa) is primarily used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the heart rate, thereby lowering blood pressure. It is also sometimes used in the management of certain conditions such as preeclampsia during pregnancy.
