### Dosage:

• **Adults:**

• **For esophageal candidiasis:** 200 mg on the first day, followed by 100 mg daily for at least 3 weeks.
• **For systemic fungal infections:** 400 mg on the first day, followed by 200-400 mg daily depending on the severity of the infection.
• **Pediatric Patients:**
• **For the treatment of candidiasis:** 3 mg/kg on the first day, followed by 1-2 mg/kg daily.
