• **Polymyxin B** - 10,000 IU
• **Zinc Oxide** - 15% w/w
• **Hydrocortisone** - 1% w/w
• **Dimethicone** - 2% w/w
• **Excipients:**
• Purified Water
• Glycerin
• Cetyl Alcohol
• Stearyl Alcohol
• Propylene Glycol
• Preservatives (e.g., Methylparaben, Propylparaben)
• Fragrance (optional)

**Dosage:**

• **Application:**
• Apply a thin layer of Tribotan Cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed.
• For best results, use after cleansing the area and patting it dry.
