### Composition:

Lemsip Max Day and Night Cap typically contains the following active ingredients:

1. **Paracetamol** - Pain reliever and fever reducer.

• **Day Cap**: 500 mg
• **Night Cap**: 500 mg

2. **Phenylephrine Hydrochloride** - A decongestant that relieves nasal congestion.

• **Day Cap**: 6.1 mg
• **Night Cap**: 6.1 mg

3. **Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride** (only in Night Cap) - An antihistamine that helps relieve allergy symptoms and aids sleep.

• **Night Cap**: 25 mg

4. **Other Ingredients**: May include excipients such as lactose, starch, and colorants.

### Dosage:

• **Adults and Children over 12 years**:
• **Day Cap**: Take 1 capsule every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours.
• **Night Cap**: Take 1 capsule at bedtime. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours.
• **Children under 12 years**: Not recommended.
