Dapoforce (Dapoxetine) 30mg Tablets
It works by increasing serotonin activity in the nervous system, which helps delay ejaculation and gives men greater control over climax timing — improving confidence and sexual satisfaction for both partners.
What is premature ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation is one of the most common male sexual concerns — affecting an estimated 1 in 3 men at some point. It is defined as ejaculation that occurs sooner than desired, typically within 1–2 minutes of penetration, causing distress or relationship difficulty. It is a recognised medical condition, not a personal failing, and it responds well to treatment.
Dosage : 30 mg as needed
When to take : 1–3 hrs before sex
Max per 24 hrs : 1 tablet only
Prescription : Required
What Dapoforce 30 mg can do for you
Significantly delays ejaculation — clinical trials show it can increase time to ejaculation by 2 to 3 times compared to no treatment
Improves perceived control over ejaculation — giving men confidence and reducing performance anxiety
Reduces personal distress and relationship strain associated with PE
Fast-acting and flexible — taken only when needed, with no requirement for daily dosing
How to take it
Take one tablet 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity, swallowed whole with a full glass of water (at least 240 ml). It can be taken with or without food, though a heavy meal may slow the onset. Do not take more than one tablet in any 24-hour period.
A full glass of water is important — it helps reduce the risk of dizziness and fainting, which are the most common side effects of Dapoxetine. Sit or lie down if you feel lightheaded after taking the tablet.
Starting dose — can be increased if needed
30 mg is the recommended starting dose. If you tolerate it well but feel you need more effect, your doctor may increase your dose to 60 mg — the maximum dose. Never adjust your dose without consulting your doctor first.
Common side effects
Side effects are usually mild and short-lived, as Dapoxetine leaves the body quickly. These may include:
Fainting (syncope) can occur, particularly after the first dose. Avoid driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in hazardous activities for several hours after taking Dapoforce.
Who should not take Dapoforce 30 mg
Men under 18 or over 64 years of age
Patients currently taking or who have recently stopped (within 14 days) any MAOI antidepressant
Patients taking other SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, or thioridazine — risk of serotonin syndrome
Patients with significant heart disease, heart failure, or a history of fainting
Patients with moderate to severe liver impairment
Patients with a history of mania, severe depression, or bipolar disorder
Patients allergic to Dapoxetine or any component of the tablet
Important medicines and substances to avoid
