**Dosage:**
The dosage of G-Oral Plus ORS may vary based on the age and condition of the patient. General guidelines include:
- **For Adults:**
- The recommended dosage is 2-3 liters of ORS solution over 24 hours, especially during episodes of diarrhea or dehydration.
- **For Children:**
- Infants (under 6 months): 50-100 mL after each loose stool.
- Children (6 months to 2 years): 100-200 mL after each loose stool.
- Children (2 years and older): 200-400 mL after each loose stool.
**Indications:**
G-Oral Plus ORS is indicated for:
- **Dehydration due to Diarrhea:** It is primarily used to prevent and treat dehydration caused by acute diarrhea, including gastroenteritis.
- **Electrolyte Imbalance:** It helps restore electrolyte balance in cases of vomiting, excessive sweating, or other conditions leading to fluid loss.
- **Mild to Moderate Dehydration:** It is suitable for managing mild to moderate dehydration in both adults and children.
- **Post-Surgery Recovery:** It may be used to rehydrate patients post-surgery or after prolonged illness.
