Mycoten Vaginal Tablets (Clotrimazole)

Mycoten vaginal tablets contain clotrimazole, an antifungal medicine used to treat vaginal yeast infections (thrush). It relieves itching, burning, unusual discharge, and irritation caused by the fungus Candida albicans.

What it treats Vaginal thrush with symptoms like itching, redness, burning during urination, and thick white discharge.

How to use Insert one tablet deep into the vagina using the applicator provided, preferably at bedtime. Use for the full course — 1, 3, or 6 days depending on the strength prescribed — even if symptoms improve early.

Important precautions

• Not for girls under 12 or use in the first trimester of pregnancy
• May weaken latex condoms and diaphragms during treatment
• See a doctor if symptoms don't clear after the full course
• Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation occurs
