Hydrac P (Diclofenac/Paracetamol)

**Composition:**

• **Diclofenac Sodium**: 50 mg
• **Paracetamol (Acetaminophen)**: 500 mg

**Dosage:**

• **Adults**: The typical dosage is 1 tablet taken orally every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours.

**Indications:**
