Paranac (diclofenac potassium + pcm) tabs

**Composition:**

Each tablet of Paranac contains:

• Diclofenac Potassium: 50 mg
• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 500 mg

**Dosage:**

• **Adults:** The usual recommended dose is 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours.
• **Elderly:** Dosage may need to be adjusted based on individual tolerance and renal function. Consult a healthcare provider for specific recommendations.
• **Children:** Paranac is not typically recommended for children under 12 years of age. For children aged 12 and older, consult a healthcare provider for appropriate dosing.

**Indications:**

Paranac is indicated for the relief of:

• Mild to moderate pain, including:
• Headaches
• Toothaches
• Musculoskeletal pain
• Menstrual pain
• Inflammatory conditions such as:
• Arthritis
• Tendonitis
• Fever reduction in various conditions.

**Contraindications:**

• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol, or any other components of the formulation.
• Active gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer disease.
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
• History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking NSAIDs.

**Precautions:**

• Use with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, or liver and kidney impairment.
• Monitor liver function and renal function during prolonged use.
• Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or alcohol.
