Minipress 1mg tablet contains the active ingredient Prazosin hydrochloride.

Dosage:

The usual starting dose of Minipress for adults is 1mg, taken 2-3 times a day. The dosage may be gradually increased by your healthcare provider based on your response to the medication.

Indications:

Minipress is primarily used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by relaxing the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. In addition to hypertension, Minipress may also be prescribed to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) related nightmares.
