Composition:

Each ml of Civodex contains ciprofloxacin hydrochloride equivalent to ciprofloxacin 3 mg and dexamethasone 1 mg.

Indications:

Civodex is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye and ear, where inflammation is also present or likely to occur.

Dosage:

For ophthalmic use: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 to 6 hours.
For otic use: Instill 3 to 4 drops into the affected ear(s) every 4 to 6 hours.
